Ellie is a theatre director and community facilitator based in the West Midlands. She believes that theatre can work with communities to build bridges and build confidence. Ellie’s work seeks to explore stories of the past and of an untold future. It’s playful, theatrical and truthful, with inclusivity and collaboration at its heart. Ellie’s directing experience in rural environments, prisons and schools across the country speaks to her desire to make impactful work. Ellie is focussed on adaptations, reimagined classics and theatre for families. She is driven to create work on a large scale that leaves a lasting impact.
